This week, you’ll put the finishing touches on the fitness-building workouts. You may be tired but that’s okay. You are about to start tapering your mileage so you can peak on race day. This week is a good time to take care of all the logistics for the race. Make sure all travel plans are completed, research and book your pre-race meal and finalize all your gear and nutrition needs. Go ahead and buy as many supplies as you can so you aren’t scrambling on race week.
