It’s here! Race week has begun. This is the time when runners get antsy. They are hypersensitive to any ache or pain. They worry if they don’t feel “amazing” on every run. This is all completely normal but must be managed otherwise you may just worry your race away.

Instead of living in often-irrational thoughts, I suggest you look back at the last few weeks. Pick out and re-live your best runs. Really live in those over these last few days. You have it in you.
